Meet our Pastry Chefs Our head pastry chef, Fred (in white) is from Sicily, Italy and has been a multi-talented master pastry chef for over 30 years. Dave (in black), our assitant pastry chef, is from Los Angeles and has studied the art of pastries and chocolate with a renowned MOF. |
